Every contribution makes a real difference in the community of Chajul, Guatemala.  Here's how far your donation can go:

• $15 can pay for a month of publicity for awareness about safe stoves, products that drastically improve people’s health and the environment
• $35 can fund a family's organic vegetable garden to promote nutrition and sustainability
• $75 can fund a LHI student's high school application process, including tutoring and materials for exam preparation and trips to visit schools
• $100 can buy books for an entire class to run a Story Hour or a book club
• $500 can run a whole year of computer classes for 20 students

Become a sponsor and provide a child in extreme need with the opportunity to go to school – an opportunity that would otherwise be impossible.  Scholarships cover tuition, uniform, school supplies, tutoring and computer classes, an end-of-year trip, career counseling, and access to the LHI library and computer lab.
